- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Long term bank customer, since the early 90s. The bank changed the terms of my checking account and did not notify me. They began deducting an inactivity fee until the account was zeroed out. Then they closed the account. All without notifying me. The website is terrible and implements non-standard and unnecessarily cumbersome security measures. The usability is extremely poor as well. I tried to call IUCU and found that their phone tree is designed to steer you away from human contact at all costs. When I ultimately did reach someone who could help me, the agent was incompetent and rude. I would strongly advise against using this bank at all costs.By Ben Newman, October 05, 2016
