    I completely agree that they are rude. I called to make payment arrangements and they refused because it had gone to the sheriff to collect. I said so you are refusing to accept payment from a taxpayer and instead want me to pay more fees to someone else? I then contacted the taxpayer advocate who easily arranged my payment. No problem. This office is simply ridiculous.

    The people are usually very polite but not really helpful. This place stole from my bank account and is now taking months to correct their mistake ... Taxation is theft ... And theft by pretending taxes are due that aren't is even worse theft We don't pay taxes ... Taxes are stolen from us before we see the money
