- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆the experience at this branch location leaves a lot to be desired. They continually make error after error and try to blame it on the customer. Today when I said I have had enough someone named Karen who said she was the assistant manager passed my call to someone else. I asked for a corporate number to file a complaint, they became even more unfriendly and rude. There is definitely an issue with this branch since it continues. Looking at the reviews online it is very apparent there is an issue at this bank and apparently no one cares. There is a Chase bank almost right across the street and I would suggest you move your account there, I have never had an issue with my accounts or deposits at that Chase location. The service level there is night and day compared to the PNC Shadeland location. I have went to many PNC branches and the Shadeland by far is the worse.By R Martin, September 24, 2017
