- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Their ATM is ALWAYS out of order. I work late and almost every time I try to deposit my cash after work it says "This ATM is not currently accepting cash deposits". There are no other Chase banks nearby so it's extremely frustrating and I really wish they would fix this issue. It's been like this for at least 2 years. *UPDATE*-- They FINALLY replaced their malfunctioning ATM so I'll change it to a 4 star :) *UPDATE AGAIN*-- The new ATM is constantly out of order just like the old one...
