- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Some people might call these people crooks. They are supposed to be professionals, but David B. failed to tell us that if you are remodeling your home you can't refinance. I only found this out after I paid the $425 for the appraisal, which BTS refused to even split the cost with me...even though they failed to ask the appropriate questions during the initial process. Wish I would have known about google reviews when this happened. It was 2012, maybe the learned from what they did to me and no one else has lost this much money on poor service.By Lucy Kelly, February 17, 2017
