  First off they where very nice and the nurse that administered the shot was nice. BUT There staff who schedule need to pay attention and listen. I called in this morning to schedule an app for my daughter to get a vaccine she needed and was lucky to get a same day app. The woman mentioned off about 4-5 times I could come in and I chose 11am, she asked was I sure as they had an 11:30am also, I said no the 11am was fine. So I leave at 10:20, pick up my daughter and we are there by 10:56, walk in and I'm asked to sign in. I sign in and she ask if I have an app and I say yes for my daughter, give name, and time. She says oh your app was at 10. I said I'm sorry excuse me, she repeats herself and I say no I was told 11. She starts to repeat herself and I said no I was given 11am. She then says she already has someone booked for 11 and 11:30 but that after she could maybe squeeze her in if one of the 2 don't show up. Well 11:40 comes around, no one else has walked in, rhey finally call me back at 11:46 for her vaccines. Please teach your scheduling team to pay attention and listen better so things like this don't happen.

  Staff was inattentive. Service was very slow, only a few people waiting but still took 4 hours to get helped.
