- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This is one of the worst Fifth third banks, customer service is so bad that they should close this bank. In the drive through you either waiting along time to conduct your business and in the inside the wait is just as long, and there is not that many people in the bank, the teller are not friendly and one particular teller attitude is so bad that you will find another location out of your way than return here. I now go to another Fifth third a little out of the way then this one. I would not recommend this location.By April Davidson, July 19, 2017
